Resources:
1. Convenience
V: This is a valuable resource because people can use the app anywhere at anytime.

Reflection:

After completing my list of resources, I have come to a conclusion that my most valuable resource is my background in finance. This allows me to look at the company from a financial perspective and develop it in the most financially realistic way.

  1. Matthew,

It's interesting seeing all your resources compared to mine. As we have completely different companies that would of course mean we have completely different resources. I agree with you that finance is one of your most important resources. I can tell you are trying to boost you revenue fast and soon. I also think security is going to be crucial for your app. You need to develop back up software and security software. There needs to be a computer mechanism that can block out hackers without higher management having to go into the app. All your resources are important to your company and I completely understand why you selected them. Great job!

  2. Matthew,

I enjoyed reading your variety of resources and seeing how they compared to mine. I liked how you included motivation, as this is something I did not think of but is extremely important in creating a business. I also agree that integration within an app is a valuable resource and something that apps often lack. I think your background in finance along with the other stated resources will allow for a successful future with this opportunity.
